International
payroll

Do you have employees who work abroad (i.e. outside the Netherlands) or do you (temporarily) employ employees from abroad? This often complicates payroll. We provide support in the following:

  • setting up and organising the regular, periodic Dutch and/or foreign payroll records
  • checking the results of your Dutch and/or foreign payroll records, and/or
  • independently keeping your Dutch and/or foreign payroll records (outsourcing)
  • making payments to the various authorities in the Netherlands and abroad

Shadow payroll
records

If your employee works outside the country of origin and remains insured under the social security system of the country of origin, or if you use a hypo tax system during an assignment, shadow payroll records are often a necessity. We can assist you with the following:

  • calculating the correct deductions and the transfer of the deduction
  • setting up and organising the relevant payroll records
  • checking the results of the relevant payroll records
  • independently keeping the relevant payroll records (outsourcing)
  • making payments to the various authorities in the Netherlands and abroad

Confidential payroll
records

In specific cases, (part of) the data in the payroll records must be treated as confidential, such as the payroll records of a special group of employees, so that the confidential data is not known to your regular payroll employees.
We are happy to take this off your hands and can process such payroll records separately from the regular records by, for example:

  • liaising directly with the foreign entity (parent or subsidiary)
  • keeping so-called confidential payroll records under an L02 number within your own payroll records
  • effecting direct payments via Stichting Derdengelden to all parties involved.
