Exterus awarded a 9 score for customer focus

At Exterus we genuinely care for our clients. Everything we do is aimed at a pleasant cooperation with a good result. We go the extra mile to satisfy your every need. Fortunately, our clients feel the same way and awarded us a 9 for customer focus during our most recent NPS survey.

In the second part of 2020 we have asked our clients if they would fill out our NPS survey asking to what extend they would recommend us as service provider. Over 60% responded to our request and shared their feedback. The majority awarded us with a 9 or a 10 score and actively recommends us to friends and relatives. Of course we are very happy and extremely proud with these results and the associated NPS score of +44. The feedback has been processed into a number of initiatives that make it even more pleasant to work with us, a new search functionality on our website, active knowledge sharing and pro-active status updates.
